AmyloglucosidaseProduct Name: Amyloglucosidase Product Code: 02ENZ001STR Description: Powdered amyloglucosidase preparation for converting non-fermentable sugars into fermentable sugars. Amyloglucosidase is temperature sensitive and should be added at 40ºC or lower. It is best to add alongside the yeast because it is not denatured by alcohol and can "do its job" through the process of fermentation. Characteristics: N/A Application: For production of sugar-free lager for diabetics or wherever zero residual sugar is required. Instructions For use: Add directly before adding the yeast and stir well. Ingredient Declaration: Enzyme - Amylogluclosidase Suggested dosage: 40 g per 1000 liters. Safety Data: Repeated inhalation of enzyme dust (from improper handling), may induce sensitization and may cause allergic-type reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged skin contact may cause minor irritation. Packaging: 15 kg sacks. Shelf Life / Storage: 12 months stored in a cool dark place. |
