Description: Food grade, high purity, finely powdered Sulphite.

Characteristics:
Fast dissolving.

Application: Many. Can be used for stabilization of fermented beverages or sanitization of equipment.

Instruction for Use: Various, dependent on application.

Ingredients Declaration: Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite (E223).

Suggested dosage: Various, dependent on application.

Safety Data: Irritant. Harmful if swallowed. Contact with acids liberates toxic gas. Irritating to respiratory system. Risk of serious damage to eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Shelf Life / Storage: 12 months stored in a cool dark place.
